Each macadamia is carefully selected for superior quality, with an SKR of 36–38%—meaning the kernel makes up 36–38% of the nut. These nuts feature naturally thin shells and high nutrient content, placing them among the top 10% of the best macadamias of the entire season. 
Two versions to meet different consumer needs
To offer greater convenience and versatility, Harvest currently provides two in-shell macadamia formats:
- Hand-crack version: Designed so consumers can easily open the nut without any tool.
- Twist-to-open version: A specially engineered shell cut paired with an opening tool, making cracking effortless and clean.
