History of formation

Harvest began with a simple insight: the best things nature gives us are meant to be nurtured, respected, and shared.
This philosophy comes from Matthew Knappick, a specialist at FNC Plantations, who has spent years immersed in macadamia cultivation and the pursuit of sustainable agriculture.

Living close to the orchards, Matthew witnessed firsthand how macadamias grow through patience — rain that nourishes, sun that ripens, soil that protects, and the dedication of farmers who care for every tree. He believed these elements deserved a voice and a brand that would honor them.

That belief gave birth to Harvest, a brand built to celebrate craftsmanship, sustainability, and the natural elegance of macadamias.

Matthew Knappick’s journey started not from business ambition, but from passion.

Each nut is carefully selected, naturally processed and gently opened so consumers can enjoy the purest flavor instantly — the creamy crunch preserved exactly as nature intended.

• Macadamia Chocolate Balls – a harmonious blend of hand-crafted chocolate and premium macadamias, offering a refined, indulgent experience.
